All eyeglasses available in our warehouses are shipped 3 to 6 business days from the date of your order.
If items are not in stock, the lead time will be communicated to you via email. Times are approximate and may vary depending on the availability of our supplier.
PRICE
Prices published on our site for a country belonging to the European Union are inclusive of the VAT rate.
Prices published on our site for a country NOT belonging to the European Union are NOT inclusive of VAT.
Shipping charges to the destination location must be added to the price of the item.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Deliveries to a non-European Union country may be subject to taxes and customs charges; these charges do not depend on Ottica Bovesi but on the Customs of the country of destination. Any taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ottica Bovesi cannot know in advance any taxes and customs charges as they vary from country to country. For more information we suggest you contact your local customs authority or the Fedex, UPS or Dhl customer service in your country.
These fees charged to the recipient are collected by the courier when the package is delivered or requested later.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
The goods ordered are prepared with extreme care, using appropriate packaging to protect the goods from possible shocks and ensuring good thermal insulation. If your package is broken or tampered with, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.
It is possible to ship your purchases to an address other than your residence, simply indicate this in your order by filling out the appropriate section.
All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who by internal regulations cannot leave packages unattended at the entrance to your home. We therefore advise you to report an address where the courier can find someone who can sign for and pick up the package.
You can find out the status of your shipment directly on the couriers’ official websites by entering the waybill number (tracking number), received in the shipment e-mail. Shipments can be tracked after 24/48 hours after receiving the e-mail.

GUARANTEES
Ottica Bovesi ensures the quality and authenticity of the products sold. All glasses are accompanied by the certificate of safety and quality required by European legislation (DL No. 46 of 24/02/1997-D.M. No. 180 of 04/05/1998), and where required by the certificate of authenticity and originality of the product issued by the manufacturer.
All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. In the case of proven malfunction of the item, the warranty may provide for its replacement or repair. Damage caused by bad or improper use is not guaranteed. It should be noted that Ottica Bovesi is not responsible for direct or indirect damage to persons or property resulting from the malfunction of the products.
