Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods. The refund of the amounts paid will be made in the following ways:

  • if the initial payment for the goods was made by credit card or prepaid card, directly to the card itself within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods in our warehouses;
  • if the initial payment of the goods was made by cash on delivery or by Paypal, if the customer has communicated his IBAN code, by bank transfer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods in our warehouses.

MODE OF RETURN

Returned Item:
– Must be returned only after you have received the Return Item Identification Number (RFI) which you must request by filling out the return request form.
– the returned item must never have been used, must not be damaged or dirty
– All returned merchandise is thoroughly inspected and if the condition of the eyeglass is found to be different from the original condition, the return will not be accepted.
– It must be returned in the original case and packaging.
– It must be returned with the payment receipt
– It must be shipped within 10 days from the date the return is accepted. The shipment must be notified by e-mail with the date, the service used (mail/express courier) and, if possible, the waybill number.

If all these conditions are met, we will refund the amount of the product. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees will be charged for properly returned glasses.

We will not refund products that do not comply with all of the above conditions. You will still be able to have the item back at your expense in the condition in which it was received by Ottica Bovesi within 30 days of notification of receipt. If you do not request the return of the merchandise within this period, Ottica Bovesi may dispose of it at its discretion.
Refunds are made approximately within 6 days of receipt of the merchandise.

The amount will be credited back to the credit card, PayPal or bank account used for the original order.
In the case of COD, the refund will be made by bank transfer to an account in the name of the order holder.
The time for the amount to appear on your account will depend on the rules and procedures of the banks and credit card companies.
