Return request form

Pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods.

Returned Item:

– the returned item must never have been used, must not be damaged or dirty
– It must be returned in the original case and packaging.
– It must be returned with the payment receipt

We will not refund items that do not meet all of the above conditions.

Fill out the return request in all its parts. Please have your order number and email address handy.

The return request must meet the requirements indicated on the Right of Withdrawal page.

Once the return has been received and after verifying that all the conditions have been met, we will send you a refund confirmation email.

The timing with which the refund will be visible in your account depends both on the payment method used during the purchase and on local banking procedures.

The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen for the online purchase.

The refund will be made as described on the Right of withdrawal page.
